CLARA is our automated telephone teller. If you have not already signed up for CLARA, please contact an Oregon Federal Banking Center nearest you to sign up. You can call CLARA 24 hours a day. It's fast, easy . . . and free. Here's how.

To begin, call (541) 396-2222 or 1 (800) 913-9229. After I introduce myself, my computer generated voice will guide you through each transaction. All you need to do is press the appropriate buttons on your touch-tone phone and I will do the rest.

Some Helpful Hints

You must have a touch-tone phone.

Your Member Number is your four to seven digit number that is issued to you when you establish your Credit Union membership.

Your Account Number represents the number that identifies your account (i.e.: Regular Share (Savings) Account, press 1, Checking Account, press 2, etc.).

Have your member number, account numbers, CLARA access code and service code(s) handy. If you do not know your account numbers, refer to your statements. If you do not know your CLARA access code please contact the Oregon Federal Banking Center near you.

When transferring funds or making a loan payment, press the # sign and wait for Clara to say "transaction has been completed".

Remember to enter a # sign after every entry.

Decimals are not needed when entering dollar amounts. For example, $50.00 = 5000#. I will repeat the amount you enter so you will know it is correct.

If you make a mistake, don't worry. To cancel a transaction in progress, just press the * sign and then #.

You have 40 seconds to respond to me. Otherwise I will disconnect.

The transactions you conduct through Clara will be reflected on your next account statement.
